I had 1700 kills with a HMG and almost 500 forge gun kills - 40 something boundlesses and 1 forge gun - LAWL! Also only received 300k SP: nowhere close to 750k.

Yeah you should be getting Passive SP every 4 seconds, with the booster it turns into 3 seconds (granted it says 1.5 times multiplier which means it should be 2 seconds but for some reason it doesn't calculate it that way.) Glad you got it figured...
